Thrybergh Country Park Redevelopment-Phase 1A will involve the demolition of the existing lakeside cafe and then the construction of a new-build cafe on the same location plus external works to this area in order to make this location a pleasant place to visit, eat, drink and spend time in. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a direct award from the YORbuild3 Minor (South) Framework, Lot 2 (£1m - £4m). Total estimated value of the procurement includes both stage 1 and stage 2 of the project.
