PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR REAL-TIME DRILLING OPTIMIZATION-Contractor shall perform Services for real-time drilling monitoring and optimization for QP's onshore and offshore operations, on a Call-off basis. The Services shall include (i) Hardware and software for rig-site data aggregation and transmission to QP-hosted server(s), physical setup and maintain system availability (ii) Software for hosting of data on QP-provided server(s) within QP network and for real-time data visualization, real-time well engineering, and real-time KPI reporting & benchmarking (iii) All infrastructure requirements including physical setup to connect and integrate the new Real-Time systems to the existing IT networks (iv) Personnel for real-time drilling monitoring & optimization at QP's Real-Time Operating Centre (RTOC)in Doha. Contract duration shall be thirty seven (37) months from the Effective Date, including one (1) month for initial mobilization.
