PROVISION OF FOUR (4) LAND RIGS FOR DRILLING & WORKOVER OPERATIONS WITHIN DUKHAN FIELDS FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR (4) YEARS-QP requires four (4) Rigs for Drilling and Workover operations in Dukhan Fields with the objective to drill, complete, re-complete and/or workover new or sidetrack wells or abandon wells in accordance with drilling and workover programs, which shall be issued to CONTRACTOR during the CONTRACT DURATION by QP. The drilling and workover programs shall be prepared by QP, which shall be within the framework of the terms and conditions of this CONTRACT. The Rig may be also used to drill shallow water source wells or to workover / complete the development oil, gas and water injector wells in Dukhan Fields as designated by QP in accordance with the stipulation of this CONTRACT. Rig movement shall be within the Dukhan Fields.
