PROVISION OF CASING & TUBING HANDLING SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE & ONSHORE OPERATIONS-1. Contractor shall provide casing and tubing handling equipment/tools, personnel, supervision, associated services and each and every item of expense necessary for performing running and / or pulling casing / tubing and also make-up / break-out completion sub-assembly with premium connections at QP's Offshore and Onshore Rigs, on Call-Off basis. 2 ,,The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1 Provision of casing / tubing handling equipment and services; 2.2 Provision of specialist Contractor Personnel, skilled and unskilled labors, Contractor Items including all tools and equipment; 2.3 Provision of transportation, storage and safe handling facilities for the materials to be supplied by Contractor; and 2.4 Transportation of Contractor Items including all tools and equipment to and from Ras Laffan Jetty for Offshore operations and Dukhan Base for Onshore. 2.5 Providing operational report upon completion of each Release Order. 3 ,,The Scope of Services shall consist of two (2) sections viz. Section -1 for Offshore Services and Section-2 for Onshore Services. The Tender Document shall provide for awarding one Contract or two (2) contracts separately for each section, based on economics and at the sole discretion of QP. 4 Contract duration for the Services shall be sixty three (63) months from the Effective Date including three (3) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
