PROVISION OF DIVEBOATS, WORKBOATS, MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT & CONSUMABLES-Contractor shall provide dive boats, workboats, manpower, equipment and consumables to carry out the following Services in QP offshore locations: 1. Part A:,,Provision of Construction Support Vessel 1 2. Part B:,,Provision of Construction Support Vessel 2 3. Part C:,,Provision of Construction Services at Offshore Locations 4. Part D:,,Provision of Diving Services 5. Part E: Provision of Diving Services for QP, Joint Venture Partners. QP at its sole discretion may award the Services of the five (05) parts under five (05) separate Contracts to one or more Contractors.
