MODIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO NGL COMPLEX BUILDINGS, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-EPIC for modification and improvement works to the existing occupied buildings at NGL Complex, Mesaieed. Required as per the recommendations of MIC QRA 2015 and SQ Technical Note on Mitigation Measures for NGL Complex Occupied Buildings: Which shall Include: Conversion of buildings Nos. 7 & 9 into a new NGL Laboratory. Installation of Toxic and Flammable Gas Detectors at all occupied buildings. Modification of the buldings HVAC systems to close the fresh air intakes on detection of gas. Upgrading the builidings to meet current building and safety codes and regulations and to meet safe haven standard. Preparing the requirements for the demolition (by other Contractor) at a later date of the buildings and portacabins that are to be abandoned.
