MARINE MAINTENANCE MANPOWER AND OTHER CALL-OFF SERVICES AT MESAIEED PORT-Contractor scope includes provision of marine maintenance Services at Mesaieed Port which includes provision of manpower and equipment on continuous basis, materials, tools and tackles, consumables, supervision, testing and each and every items of expense necessary for smooth and effective operation of the facilities at Mesaieed Port. Contractor with its manpower, shall carryout maintenance Services, including offshore maintenance, berth maintenance, SPM maintenance, navigational aids and other electronic systems maintenance, as required by QatarEnergy. Call-off services such as provision of manpower on overtime hour basis, certain additional manpower and equipment for maintenance services, calibration of test equipment, annual inspection, service and certification of inflatable life jackets, third party inspection services for lifting gears, OEM Engineer services to support Single Point Mooring (SPM) and Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Radar maintenance, Marine Inspection and Technical Services and Bathymetric Survey, as and when required by QatarEnergy for the Port maintenance operations.
