Maintenance & Technical Support Services for Control Systems Installed in Various QatarEnergy Operating Locations-Process Control and Safety Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, FSD, F&G etc.) installed in various QP facilities in Mesaieed Operations, QP Refinery, Mesaieed, Dukhan Operations (Onshore) and ISND (Offshore) require support services for preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, technical support for system diagnostics, updates, cyber security monitoring and documentation update to keep these systems at their maximum integrity for safe and efficient operation of the plants/facilities. Control Systems considered in this Contract are, but not limited to, Modicon, Wonderware SCADA, Hima, GE Fanuc, Siemens, Citec SCADA, Triconix, Sanco, Manturbo etc. Scope of Services include the following: a)Basic support services such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Emergency breakdown. b)Value added support services such as Technical updates, cybersecurity etc. c)Technical & Engineering Support Services for minor Upgrades/ Migration/Replacement/Modifications. d)On the job training e)Supply of spares f)Documentation updates
