MISCELLANEOUS MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON CALL-OFF BASIS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-To carry out all Civil and Building Maintenance and small power industrial Electrical Maintenance works on call off basis for all Operating Plant Facilities, Distribution Network Facilities, Dukhan Support Services Area, Qatar Petroleum Support Facilities Area, Dukhan Training Ground, Dukhan Township and Dukhan Sewage Treatment Plants within the Dukhan Fields.

PROVSN OF SERVCS FOR CASING CORROSN EVALUATION & STRENGTHNG OF OFFSHORE WELLS-Scope of this Contract is to evaluate the corrosion damage to the Outer casing, fill it up with bio-degradable inhibiter fluid to protect from further atmospheric corrosion and strengthen the well structure by cementing the annulus of conductor and outer casing for the weakened outer casing at offshore location on Call-off basis. The CONTRACT duration will be (37) calendar months from the EFFECTIVE DATE including mobilization period of one (1) calendar month

MAINT.WORKS OF NON-SHUTDOWN SENSITIVE STATIC EQUIP AT VARIOUS LOCS FOR GAS OPS-Contractor shall undertake the maintenance works of static equipment, valves and related pipe-works in NGL-1, NGL-2, NGL-3, NGSF, NGL-4 plants, storage and loading facilities and common utilities located within the NGL complex, NGTT facilities at Mesaieed Industrial Area and NGDS facilities in Raslaffan, Doha and Mesaieed as specified in the Scope of Services.Contractor shall carry out the services when the plant/units are in operation but the equipment will be isolated. Contractor shall take utmost care in executing the activities and all safety requirements specified shall be strictly followed. The services shall generally consists of spading, despading, insulation removal/replacement of insulation, inerting, opening up, cleaning, mechanical works, closing, testing, painting, lining, scaffolding and other miscellaneous works as may be directed by QP. The services include the defined scope services and the call-off scope services and shall be for a period of five (5) calendar years.

NEW SOUR GAS COMPRESSOR PROJECT, NGL-3, MESAIEED.-NGL-3 Plant was built in the year 1990 to process the Gas and Condensate feed stock from North Field Alfa (NFA). The plant basically consists of a Gas Processing section and a Condensate processing section. The feed stock to NGL-3 currently comprises PS-4 gas combined with Al-Shaheen gas and PS-4 condensate. The Gas and Condensate feed stock from North Field Alpha are transported by pipe lines to NGL-3 Plant at the Mesaieed Industrial Area for NGL extraction and Condensate stabilization. Feed Gas from North Field Alpha and Al-Shaheen are processed in NGL-3 Gas processing plant consisting of AGR, SRU, and NGL Extraction units. Condensate from NFA is processed in Condensate Fractionation plant where a rich gas stream is stripped out as a result of Condensate stabilization. This stripped gas (called Sour Gas) - is routed to NGL-3 Extraction unit using the Existing Sour Gas Compressor (6112-K-01) to process it along with main gas feed from NFA. The Existing Sour Gas Compressor (6112-K-01) has no standby unit and therefore, whenever this existing compressor trips due to any reason, Sour Gas stream is flared resulting in loss of NGL components and black smoke in the area. QP has decided to provide a new standby Sour Gas compressor - which is referred to as “New Compressor” and the associated New Sour Gas After Cooler. COMMERCIAL SECURITY SERVICES FOR QP OPERATIONAL AREAS-Qatar Petroleum is responsible for Management and Operations of its facilities (non-industrial type) such as commercial offices, schools, clubs, workers accommodation facilities, family accommodations, medical facilities and has a requirement to provide commercial security protection of its assets and employees within such facilities. The overall Industrial security protection of QP operational areas is provided by the Industrial Security Directorate of Ministry of Interior (MoI) Qatar. The intent of this Tender is to obtain services of a Security Company to provide comprehensive security services within QP operational areas.

MMANPOWER SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE OF SECURITY SYSTEM IN RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-Provision of different categories of skilled manpower to work regularly in Qatar Petroleum's RLC / MIC Industrial City area, for maintenance of non-radiographic Security Systems deployed in these locations. The jobs shall be supervised and controlled by QP Staff.
