PIPELINE MAINTENANCE UNDER ROAD CROSSING ON CALL-OFF BASIS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-CONTRACTOR shall carry out the following WORK on Call-Off basis: (a)Construction of temporary access roads during Road Crossing replacements. (b)Excavation of designated 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10"and 12" road crossing pipe lines and preparation for inspection. (c)Re-coating of the excavated pipeline after inspection. (d)Replacement of corroded 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10"and 12" road crossing pipe lines as per QP recommendations. (e)Installation of Sacrificial Cathodic Protection. (f)Reinstatement of roads after completion of road crossing.

SCAFFOLDING SERVICES ON A CALL-OFF BASIS-CONTRACTOR shall supply all material, labour, services, supervision, warehousing, equipment, tools, consumable materials necessary for the performance of scaffolding services on call-off basis within Dukhan Fields.

MAINTENANCE, UPGRADE AND SUPPORT OF PRIMAVERA P6 EPPM-QP intends to sign a new Maintenance, Upgrade and support contract for Primavera P6 software for the period of five (5) years. The contract shall cover all the modules of Primavera that are available in QP: - Primavera P6 EPPM - Primavera Risk Analysis - Primavera Analytics + OBISE - Oracle Crystal Ball

MAINTENANCE OF FIRE ALARM AND FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS AT MIC-Contractor shall carry out maintenance Services of Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Systems and FM200 Fire Suppression Systems in MIC. The Scope of Services shall include the following: a),,Routine inspection and planned preventive and corrective maintenance b),,Attendance to breakdowns including repairs and replacement of defective parts c),,Supply of spares on Call Off basis d),,Miscellaneous Services such as Maintenance Services of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems for future additional locations within MIC, overhauling of pumps, Diesel engines etc. on call off basis. The Contract duration shall be (61) calendar months from the Effective Date, including one (1) month for mobilization.

MAINTENANCE OF ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS & LIFTING EQUIPMENT AT QP VARIOUS LOCATIONS-MAINTENANCE OF ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT AT QP VARIOUS LOCATIONS

LABORATORY PERFORMANCE TESTING OF CORROSION INHIBITORS AND ANTI SCALE AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-The Scope of Services covers the requirement of carrying out Laboratory Performance Test of corrosion inhibitor samples in order to qualify the best chemicals for application at offshore locations to mitigate the corrosion.The Contract Duration shall be three (03) years from the Effective Date.

PROVISION OF CRANE OPERATORS AT QP OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-Supply Of Crane Operators at Offshore Locations on a conitnuous basis for 5 years. 6 dedicated crane operators (one on each location) permanently at PS-2, PS-3 &NFA and additional 3 during Station Shutdowns.

PROVISION OF COILED TUBING EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR QP OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE WELLS-Provision of Coiled Tubing Equipment and Services for QP Offshore and Onshore Wells on call off basis for a period of 5 years.

EPIC FOR UPGRADE OF FIRE WATER SYSTEM AT KNDS AND MODIFICATION TO PIPING SUPPORTS AT DUKHAN STATIONS-EPIC for upgrade of Fire Water system at KNDS and Remedial MISC WORKS, DKN The objective of this project is to design, procure and construct the facilities as detailed in the Appendix A. The scope of services pertaining to Fire Water System upgrade at KNDS includes implementation of all recommendations at Khatiyah North Degassing station as defined in FEED documents (Appendix F). This includes modifications to the existing fire water system at KNDS, along with additional piping, equipment, F&G system modifications, electrical systems, and Deludge System. Based on FW system Surge Analysis studies, in order to mitigate the high surge pressures Surge Relief Valves shall be installed.

MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS & RELATED FACILITIES AT DUKHAN & MESAIEED-QP requires a qualified and experienced Contractor to carryout maintenance of swimming pools, water features, SPA (Jacuzzi), Sauna room, Steam room and other related facilities in QP Dukhan Township and Mesaieed Industrial City. The scope of Service comprises of, but not limited to, routine and periodic maintenance, repair/replacement of defective parts and/or supply/install new spare parts, evaluation and testing services, and submission of periodical maintenance reports and checklists.
