Maintenance & Technical Support Services for Control Systems Installed in Various QatarEnergy Operating Locations-Process Control and Safety Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, FSD, F&G etc.) installed in various QP facilities in Mesaieed Operations, QP Refinery, Mesaieed, Dukhan Operations (Onshore) and ISND (Offshore) require support services for preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, technical support for system diagnostics, updates, cyber security monitoring and documentation update to keep these systems at their maximum integrity for safe and efficient operation of the plants/facilities. Control Systems considered in this Contract are, but not limited to, Modicon, Wonderware SCADA, Hima, GE Fanuc, Siemens, Citec SCADA, Triconix, Sanco, Manturbo etc. Scope of Services include the following: a)Basic support services such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Emergency breakdown. b)Value added support services such as Technical updates, cybersecurity etc. c)Technical & Engineering Support Services for minor Upgrades/ Migration/Replacement/Modifications. d)On the job training e)Supply of spares f)Documentation updates

PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR REPROCESSING OF 2D MARINE SEISMIC DATA OF QATAR BLOCK 8 OFFSHORE-QP requires the services of an experienced and technically sound geophysical CONTRACTOR to provide 2D Seismic Reprocessing Services using the latest imaging and velocity modeling technologies including Pre-Stack Time Migration (PSTM) and Pre-Stack Depth Migration (PSDM) in offshore carbonate environments, as well as suitable equipment, tools, project management and specialist CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL to work with legacy datasets from Block-8 eastern offshore Qatar

PROVIDING NEW KERBING AND BUND WALL HEIGHTS INCREASE INSIDE UNITS AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED-QP Refinery Insurance Assessor made risk observations / safety recommendations to QP with regard to containment of Pool Fires in susceptible fire zones & existing bund wall heights. Hence, QP Refinery initiated a study (LC17106700) to review the kerbing / drainage requirements in fire susceptible zones and to recommend new kerbing / drainage system wherever required. Also, existing bunds around Tanks were identified which donot comply with Refinery design criteria. This project is being carried out to implement the recommendations of study LC17106700. Objective of this Contract is to design, procure, install and construct new kerbing with associated drainage system at QP Refinery in accordance with the Scope of Work, Drawings and Specifications. The main activities include (but not limited to): New Kerbing with Drainage system ",,Design of new kerbing / grade slab / sump / manhole / drainage system. ",,Underground Scanning. ",,Construction Works. ",,Hydrocarbon Protection Coating. Increase of existing Bund Wall heights ",,Adequacy / storage capacity checks. ",,Design of new bund / dyke walls, associated works to carryout the enhancement / modifications, etc. ",,Construction Works. ",,Hydrocarbon Protection Coating.

REHABILITATION OF LPG TANKS T3 & T4, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The Scope of Work includes supply of labour, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools, consumables, material and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of decommissioning, gas freeing, cleaning to "Hot Work" status, rehabilitation and commissioning of LPG Storage Tanks T3 and T4 at Mesaieed Operations. The Contract Duration will be thirty-six (36) calendar months [including three (3) months for mobilization & three (3) months for demobilization] from the Effective Date.

CHARTER OF 3 WH MAINT. VESSELS AND 2 PILOT MOORING LAUNCHES-CONTRACTOR shall provide three (03) Well Head Maintenance VESSELS and two (02)Pilot Mooring launches that will meet QP conditions, standards, specifications and other criteria as set forth in the Contract.

INSTALLATION OF NEW SIRENS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-The Scope of Work includes engineering, procurement, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the following in QP Refinery, Mesaieed: (i),,Upgrade of existing siren systems located in CCB and the two sirens located outside CCB and near unit 51(old boiler area). (ii),,New sirens in various areas (i.e. near Flare area, near PS-108 area and near PS-104 area) at QP Refinery and integrate with the upgraded siren systems in CCB.

UPGRADE OF ROTORK PAKSCAN SYSTEM IN VARIOUS GDS STATIONS-P3 Pakscan PS 711 systems (total qty 07) are installed in GDS facilities in Station A4, A5, V, T3 and S. These Pakscan PS 711 systems facilitate operation team to locally as well as remotely (through SCADA) operate pipeline/piping valves of sizes 16" or more. The motorized and remote operation of transmission and distribution valves is very important due to centralized monitoring & control of distributed GDS facilities and ensure reliable gas supply to various industries within the state of Qatar. The installed model of P3 Pakscan system (PS 711 (24 VDC) in above mentioned GDS facilities are obsolete. The availability and operability of installed PS 711 systems cannot be guaranteed due to unavailability of required spares and support from OEM. Therefore, it is recommended to engineer, procure and upgrade the install base of Pakscan systems with latest available model so that reliable and safe operation of GDS facilities can be guaranteed.
