PROVISION OF CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT VESSEL AND DIVING SERVICES-Contractor shall provide the following Services to support QatarEnergy's Offshore operations at all facilities and operational structures including areas operated by affiliates, joint ventures or contractors: 1. PART A:,,Provision of Construction Support Vessel equipped with deck mounted crane along with its Crew. 2. PART B:,,Provision of Diving Services QatarEnergy at its sole discretion may award the Services of the both PARTS to one Contractor and/or split award to two different Contractors. Contract Duration for PART A shall be fifty one (51) calendar months, including three (3) calendar months for mobilization. Contract Duration for PART B shall be sixty (64)calendar months including four(04) calendar months for mobilization.
