TESTING / SERVICING OF MOV ACTUATORS AND RELATED SERVICES AT OFFSHORE OPERATIONS-TESTING/SERVICING OF MOV ACTUATORS AND RELATED SERVICES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF QATARENERGY Motor Operated Valves (MOV) are installed in all process units, utilities and Offsite Areas at various locations of QatarEnergy [Refinery, Mesaieed Operations and Offshore Operations] These critical valves are being used for isolation of the process, controlled pipelines transfers and other applications. The purpose of this Contract is to maintain these process and safety critical MOV's Actuators through external expert service, on call-off basis. These services are essential for ensuring the Reliability , integrity and availability of all critical MOV's.
