Framework Agreement for Heating Replacements and Refits across the County of Powys-Powys County Council sought to engage suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to enter into a Framework Agreement for Heating Replacements and Refits across the County of Powys for a three (3) year period commencing in April 2023 with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
