Provision of Stray Dog Kennelling Service-The provision of the Service by the Contractor shall include: (a) Provision of housing for all stray dogs brought to the kennels by the Dog Wardens and/or appointed contractors duly delegated to collect stray dogs, Officers of the Police or Members of the Public by prior agreement.
