Development of a Package Deal for the provision of affordable housing in Pembroke Dock-Pembrokeshire County Council (the Council) has identified a development opportunity at the former Cleddau Bridge Hotel site at Pembroke Dock (the Site) which it considers suitable to deliver housing on.
