Replacement of existing 30mph Vehicle Activated Signs (VAS) with 20mph VAS-Background. Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is currently undertaking an ambitious 20mph 'signs and lines' programme across the county. The programme commenced in 2022/23 and is expected to last until 2024/25. The programme expects to implement 20mph limits in 80% of parishes throughout the county.
