Clerk of Works - Princes and Collins Street - AWARD-Oxford City Council (OCC) have selected a preferred contractor to deliver 26 x 1 and 2 bed affordable units over 2 sites - 12 flats at Princes Street for social rent and 14 flats at Collins Street in East Oxford.
