Mobile device SIMs-Norwich City Council and Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL) have a number of mobile telephones in use by staff as well as a number of SIMs in tablets, laptops, door entry systems and various other services. The current contract ended and to avoid service disruption, a new contract was directly awarded to the incumbent via Lot 1 of the Mobile Voice and Data Services Framework (ref: RM6261) with Crown Commercial Services (CCS).

Outsystems Digital Development Software Platform-The scope of the service will cover: •Access to the Outsystems platform for solution development •Use of a Live platform for deployment of secure solutions for us by council staff, partners and customers •Access to Capita Foundry and Outsystems experts for advice, guidance and training

Anywhere 365 upgrade-As Anywhere365 is owned by Work Stream People, a Microsoft recommended software company based in the Netherlands, a UK based supplier is required to manage the software on behalf of the council. The supplier will also act as a technical advisor and intermediary to assist with procuring software solutions, installation and implementation and for advice and general support.

Uniform System-To build upon existing software (UNIform) already used within the service but providing add-ons and enhancements to existing systems to ensure better workflows, data management and, most importantly, customer experience.

Door Entry and Access Control New Installations-Installation of new door entry and access control systems at the various sites complete with new fob entry with the installation of new doors and screens.

Outsystems Digital Development Software Platform-Outsystems is a low-code digital software platform that is used to develop end-to-end solutions and integrate these with the councils line of business applications.
