Malton Castlegate and Greenspaces Project-Feasibility work. A single high-level study is now required which will outline the feasibility of the initiatives identified in the Castlegate and Greenspace Options Appraisal Report. The feasibility study will provide costings and deliverability of each option, as well as the strategic case for change, key stakeholder consultation, identify land issues, provide a prioritisation list and delivery plan.
