NHN plans gatherings, meetings and conferences with more participants and higher quality than earlier. The purpose of this procurement is to meet NHN's need for the following: - Sonics - Lighting engineering - Stage equipment - AV engineering [A1] - Presentation and video playback - Personnel for setup/rigging of equipment The events will be held in different places in Norway. Some gatherings are held in NHN's own premises where the technical framework is in place, but where we may need for supplementary personnel or equipment. In other cases, the events will be carried out in external premises, e.g., hotels / conference / course premises where in some cases there will be a need for a complete delivery of sound, lighting engineering and personnel. This will depend on the chosen location and the available facilities for NHN.

Contract award notice Helfo (the Norwegian Health Economics Administration) in Ørsta shall move to new premises and will need enter into an agreement for cleaning services from 01.02.2023.

In accordance with a prior procurement process, Norsk Helsenett SF has entered into a contract to establish a joint consolidated Telephony platform for the entire Health Administration. The telephony platform will consist of a contact centre, telephone exchange, switchboard, and various integrations.

A framework agreement shall be entered for the purchase and delivery of flowers to the agencies in the health administration. The health administration needs to purchase flower products related to gifts to new employees, birthdays, marriages, childbirth, 'get well soon' wishes, condolences and for decorating the Contracting Authority's premises, etc. The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into one contract per region (Eastern and Southern Norway have been merged, as are Northern Norway and Svalbard). The Health Registers Department in the Norwegian Health Directorate (HDIR) needs assistance from an external supplier to carry out document checks of patient journals. A tenderer is required with competence in medical coding and reviews of this. There will be a need for assistance with various assignments within medical coding and document checks. The contracting authority expects that there will be a need for 1-3 document check assignments a year, and possibly some hours for professional assistance from a consultant. The estimated contract value is NOK 2,000,000 to NOK 5,000,000 over four years. There is some uncertainty regarding the actual need for assistance, and the estimate is not binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value of the contract is NOK 6,000,000.
