NCC had a requirement for an Oracle Support partner around service administration, release management and technical and functional support and has appointed a provider who will deliver the required support. The contract was awarded under G-Cloud 13. There is the right in the contract to extend the contract by a further 12 months at a cost of £256,500 plus indexation not including VAT.

Unattended Library Management System-A contract was awarded in September 2016 to Bibliotheca to supply a system controller, access panel, image server and sufficient CCTV cameras to cover the public areas in each library in Norfolk, and to provide maintenance for software and hardware for the duration of the contract.
