Building Contractor - Kings Lynn Library-Norfolk County Council have appointed a contractor from the start of RIBA stage 2 under a 2 stage Design and Build contract Although the anticipated contract value was up to £8m, the contract was ultimately awarded for contractors fees only, based only on design fees for construction, and prelims to construction, including enabling works, and therefore the anticipated budget has not been fully utilised and a further procurement will take place for the final build
