Community Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine Monitoring Service - Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership-A community service that provides routine monitoring of patients on Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) as per the guidelines and recommendations of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (Hydroxychloroquine Retinopathy Monitoring Guideline). however currently there is no service provision with BD&C HCP We have worked with a community provider, Shipley Ophthalmic Assessment Programme (SOAP), to create a monitoring provision to bridge this gap.
