C3 Link works for Cardiff and Vale-The requirement for this project has arisen following an internal review of CVUHB Critical Care Wards/Depts at UHW The works within C3 Link entail demolition works and a full refurbishment of the existing unit. A new AHU will be placed externally on the first floor roof area adjacent. There is a requirement for Contract Portion Design under the Project specifically relating to structural works to first floor roof.
