Consultancy services to increase vaccine confidence in communities impacted by high deprivation with insight into the needs of ethnic minority residents to support the NHSE COVID-19 Vaccination Deployment Programme (lots 1 & 2).-The supplier/s will run a sensitive 10-week programme within Sandwell and Middlesborough to improve vaccine and prevention literacy, in people accessing support related to income deprivation. This will require the supplier to tackle any language barriers within local communities, for example the local Black African, Black African Caribbean, Bangladeshi and Pakistani populations where COVID vaccination uptake is lower.
