Procurement of evaluation partner/s - Enhanced primary care and HWB pilots-External evaluation partners will be procured, in order to work in partnership with the national team and a nominated project lead for each pilot. Each programme will require one interim and final national evaluation that considers the deliverable across each pilot within the programme, value for money and any evidence of change, plus one individual evaluation of each system.
