Appointment of Dividend Banker for distribution of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 In addition to the cost incurred and other related expenses relating to the payment of interim dividend for FY 2024-25 as mentioned in clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions, the dividend banker shall reimburse to NHPC LTD, a fixed amount. This amount shall be used by the company (NHPC) on servicing of investors, printing & dispatch of Annual Reports, expenses of Registrar & Transfer agents, meeting & conference expenses, etc. and shall indicate the same amount here to be reimbursed to the company.
