Open tender contest for legal services. Framework agreements are planned for 3 different legal areas. One contract will be signed for each legal area mentioned in the contest documents.

The contract shall include winter maintenance for the section Trekanten - Fagernesveien, in accordance with the description given in the contract documentation.

Narvik Municipality needs temporary doctor services for the Emergency Doctor Surgery, institutions, and health centres. Relevant places of work can be Narvik, Ballangen, Kjøpsvik, or Bjerkvik. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers. If a contract is entered into with three tenderers, these will be ranked according to the award criteria. Requests for the supply of medical locum services will be awarded to the highest ranked tenderer in the first instance. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have the capacity to provide the requested temporary doctor services, the request will be awarded to the second highest ranked tenderer. Th estimated value of the contract is about NOK 12 million for the entire contract period ( 2 + 1 + 1 years), including options and excluding VAT. The maximum value including all options is estimated at NOK 15 million. Note that the contracting authority is not bound to any specific volume.
