HRS Husholdning AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hålogaland Ressursselskap IKS, which is an intermunicipal company. The company was established in 1990 and is currently owned by 8 municipalities in northern Nordland and southern Troms; Harstad, Narvik, Gratangen, Lavangen, Ibestad, Evenes, Tjeldsund and Kvæfjord. HRS currently collects household waste using a multi-container system. In parts of the HRS's area of operation, several shared systems will be established. In new housing projects, they will be able to choose between a partially or fully buried system. There are roughly 29,000 household subscriptions in the region, and of these, approx. 70 % are in urban municipalities. Of the approximately 21,000 subscribers in the urban municipalities, approx. 60 % have their own containers.

Narvik municipality and others, hereinafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of trade services within the disciplines: - Electrical services - Inspection - Electrical services - Execution - Building/joinery services

The contracting authority's enquiry concerns interactive boards and fixings. See the attached price matrix. Narvik Municipality needs a framework agreement for interactive boards for teaching purposes. The boards will be leased/procured as required. The main users are schools, but the municipality could also use them for other purposes.

Narvik municipality will build a new 2-parallel primary school at Narkvikhalvøyen. It has been decided that the new primary school will be built on the current school site of Frydenlund primary school. The existing school will remain in operation during the construction. The contract includes assessing the construction of the school as an energy-plus-house, complete development of a preliminary project and turnkey contract description with all necessary drawings, requirement specifications and contest rules that form the basis for a tender contest for construction of the new primary school with accompanying outdoor areas. A cost analysis will also be prepared, giving a realistic and quality circle picture of the total cost of the project including LCC (Life Cycle Costs) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is a systematic survey and assessment of environmental and resource impacts throughout the entire life cycle of a product. Evenes municipality is in need of engineering design and consultancy services in connection with the execution of planned and initiated investment projects and operation assignments. The municipality has a small amount of resources to manage this on its own. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 3 tenderers.
