The scope of the tender is the provision of services for expert actuarial advice to the ICCS in the exercise of its supervisory and regulatory tasks. This involves the assistance of the ICCS in meeting its objectives regarding the supervision of insurance companies which are authorised and supervised under the Insurance Laws and Regulations which are harmonised with the Solvency II Directive, the Delegated Acts and EIOPA's Implementing Guidelines (GLs), the Implementing Technical Standards (ITSs), the Regulatory Technical Standards (RTSs) and the Insurance Distribution Directive.
