Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług bezpośredniej obsługi Klienta (SPOE KAS) w w utworzonych przez Wykonawcę punktach dystrybucji przez okres 36 miesięcy liczony od dnia ich uruchomienia tj. od dnia 01.10.2023 r. Etapem poprzedzającym świadczenie usług jest ich przygotowanie oraz wdrożenie. W ramach zamówienia podstawowego przewiduje się funkcjonowanie 100 punktów dystrybucji.

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa dostępu do elektronicznego serwisu informacyjnego oferowanego przez Bloomberg Finance L.P., realizowana z wykorzystaniem pięciu terminali.

The scope of the tender is the provision of services for expert actuarial advice to the ICCS in the exercise of its supervisory and regulatory tasks. This involves the assistance of the ICCS in meeting its objectives regarding the supervision of insurance companies which are authorised and supervised under the Insurance Laws and Regulations which are harmonised with the Solvency II Directive, the Delegated Acts and EIOPA's Implementing Guidelines (GLs), the Implementing Technical Standards (ITSs), the Regulatory Technical Standards (RTSs) and the Insurance Distribution Directive.
