CYMRUSOC PROVISION OF A SECURITY OPERATING CENTRE-Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is acting as the Contracting Authority on a collaborative procurement to establish a Security Operating Centre (SOC) service on behalf of up to 21 other Welsh Public Sector bodies as listed in the Statement of Requirements as was contained in the ITT.
