Menter Môn Partneriaeth Fwyd: A report on Behavioural Change in Gwynedd.-Menter Môn are aiming to partner with an organisation to support a small-scale research study aimed at exploring and understanding the behavioural change within communities affected by poverty in Gwynedd.
