Financial Support to the Aerial Dispersant Spray Procurement-The MCA requires specialist financial advice to support it in its procurement to replace the current contracted aerial dispersant spray services which are due to expire on 28 February 2024 (28 February 2025 if an extension option is utilised) and associated oil spill response services.
