TC819 - Provision of Inspection of Food Premises-The contract is to carry out approximately 1,000 food safety/hygiene and food standards inspections of food businesses in the City of Manchester per year (1st April – 31st March). The inspections will comprise of a range of food hygiene (FH) ratings but will be mainly premises rated category C and D at the last inspection under the Food Standards Agency (FSA) Food Law Code of Practice (FLCoP) scoring scheme.
