The Energy Service framework 2023-2027-Welsh Government invites tenders for a place on a four year framework, split into two lots. Lot 1 will cover Energy Services and Lot 2 will cover Carbon Emissions Reporting. Suppliers will have the opportunity to bid for one or more lots.
