PROCESS EVALUTION OF THE PHASED EXPANSION OF FLYING START-From this research, the Welsh Government wishes to gather feedback on the processes used to enable Phases 1 and 2 of the Flying Start expansion. This information will be used to inform the ongoing rollout of Phase 2, and will feed into future research on the Flying Start Programme as a whole.
