C243/2023/2024 - Ending Homelessness in Wales: Cost-benefit analysis & Model Development-In line with the requirements of the Minister for Climate Change and commitments within both the Programme for Government and Cooperation Agreement, the primary requirement of this project is to update the existing unit cost figure for the exercise of statutory homelessness duties undertaken by local authorities and estimating comparable costs/savings for new duties as set out in the White Paper on Ending Homelessness in Wales.
