ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT FOR THE RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPER PROGRAMME-The Renewable Energy Developer Programme has been established to carry out an estate wide feasibility exercise and to commence early project development activity. The intention is to identify and develop a strategic pipeline of renewable energy projects on the Welsh public estate.
