PAN3142 - LANB Lanesborough Road Phase 1 & 2 and Austin Rise-Leicester City Council requires consultancy services for the completion of 64 new council homes across three sites (37 units at Lanesborough Road (Phase 1)) (up to 24 units at Lanesborough Road (Phase 2)) and 8 units at Austin Rise. Please note, the procurement was conducted as a call-off under the Lot 1: Built Environment of the CCS RM6165 Construction Professional Services, and the Council are no longer seeking tenders for this contract.
