The contest concerns entry into a contract for the purchase and/or lease of Microsoft software licenses for Kristiansand municipality. The framework agreement will be signed with a Microsoft-certified CSP Tier 1 Licensing Solution Provider (license administrator, "LSP"). The framework agreement includes initial and ongoing optimisation of the license portfolio, as well as negotiating support in negotiations with Microsoft.
