Holmfirth Town Centre Access Plan (HTCAP) - Further Competition under the YORcivil3 South and West Area Contractors Framework Agreement (Lot 3)-The Holmfirth Town Centre Action Plan (HTCAP) is part of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Corridor Improvement Programme (CIP). The HTCAP scheme will deliver a package of measures to address the causes of vehicle-based congestion in Holmfirth town centre, reducing congestion and improving reliability and journey times.
