1) Scope of supply covers design, manufacture, inspection, performance testing at works, packing and forwarding to EE (I) 3, KPCL RTPS, Shaktinagar 584170. 2) The firm shall under take the supply of 3 Nos 19 inch LCD flat industrial grade touch screen monitor having RGB BNC type input connection for Yokagawa Centum XL DCS MMI system of Unit 5 and 6. Erection and Commissioning work has to be carried out On Line by one after the other monitor replace without disturbance of operating of the running unit. 3) Erection and commissioning of 3 Nos 19 inch LCD flat industrial grade touch screen monitor having RGB BNC type input connection for Yokagawa Centum XL DCS MMI system of Unit 5 and 6 to retrofit the existing MMI monitors. 4) The firm shall submit one set of all the drawings / OandM manuals / embedded safety precautions / bill of materials of the equipment to be offered for approval before actually affecting the supply. 5) The scope of supply also includes removal of existing faulty MMI monitors and erection, testing and commissioning of new 19 inch LCD monitors at site. 6) Our Engineers shall be given detailed training at the time of inspection, for the maintenance and operation of these 19 inch LCD monitors. 7) Firm shall furnish the preliminary drawings as per our specifications for approval. 8) The 19 inch LCD monitors shall be suites our existing cut out size of the YOKOGAWA MMI system frame and with reasonable access to carry out all maintenance work as per the drawings approved/specifications by KPCL. 9) Furnishing of drawings as per our specifications for approval before start of manufacture and submission of 6 copies of final approved drawings in CD and hard copies for reference and records. 10) Furnishing of six sets of OandM manuals for the above equipment. 11) The above scope is indicative only and all materials required for completion shall form part of scope of supply.
