1.Design, manufacture, supply of one number turbine rotor complete with hub, six blades and blade moving mechanism and retrofit to the existing turbine shaft of 4.5MW , 6800BHP Unit. 2.Supply of one number Re-Engineered Air Valve. 3.Supply of all type & size of seals and damaged fasteners required for replacement/assembly. 4.Removing of Damaged Turbine rotor by dismantling necessary unit parts and assembly of all supplied items with all dismantled parts and Commissioning including alignment and standard commissioning test. 5.Shaft Alignment with bearing setting and standard commissioning tests. Measuring vibration at all bearing brackets and foundations achieving less than 1mm/s and finally dowelling of bearings. 6.Detailed scope is described in Section- 3.0.0.of this bid document.
