1.Mobilization and demobilization of men and material : Salary of divers, labour and hire charges of cranes one side and return lodging expenses insurance of men and materials unloading and loading of heavy diving equipment using mobile crane rigging of diving equipment and safety equipment at site etc. 2.Under water Inspection and Videography of trashrack. Complete inspection of the previous fitted trashrack in complete manner (as it is) including actual size measurement of trash rack grooves and panels (as it is) as directed by engineer in-charge. 3.Under water Removing of old trashrack. Removing and lifting all the 27 elements of Trashrack and stacked to right bank of dam top with the help of divers and lifting crane in complete manner as directed by engineer in-charge 4.Under water Cleaning of trash rack grooves. Cleaning of Trash rack grooves after lifting old Trash rack and clearing of all obstructions and deposits if any by divers using appropriate pneumatic tools in complete manner and repair of damaged portion of concrete according to site condition as directed by engineer in-charge. 5.Under water clearing of debris. Removing of debris completely below and around sill beams of Trash rack and analyzing of any damages in complete manner as directed by engineer in-charge. 6.Painting of new trashrack. Painting of 27 elements of trashrack (new) with one coat zinc (not less than 60%) rich epoxy primer of thickness not less than 40 microns and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint of thickness each coat not less than 150 microns (including paint material labour T&P testing of paint etc.) in complete manner as directed by engineer in-charge 7.Under water erection of new trashrack. Lowering and erecting of 27 newly fabricated elements in position with the help of divers & lifting crane in complete manner as directed by engineer in-charge. 8.Under water Videography. Underwater Videography recording of removing of old Trashrack, lowering and erection of newly fabricated elements, cleaning of grooves, sill beams, any damages to the structures if any in complete manner from beginning to end and providing the recorded 3 sets of DVDs and pen drive in complete manner as instructed by engineer in-charge. 9.Hire charges of telescopic crane. Hire charges for deployment of telescopic crane to the work site including diesel, transportation charges in complete manner as directed by engineer in-charge is included. 10.Inclusive of underwater welding and cutting fasteners bars panels etc. of the trashrack including any arising mechanical underwater works whenever required. Work needs deployment of mobile crane, deep water diving system equipment and other tools and tackles complete for the successful execution of the job. The agency shall arrange for state of the art diving equipment, compression chamber SCUBA devices special oxygen supply and underwater special tools. Electrical power supply at an appropriate point will be provided by KPCL at free of cost. 11.The agency shall have expertise in First aid methods in deep water work applications. 12.The work has to be attended at any time depends upon availability of LC on units irrespective of level at reservoir. 13.Underwater concrete beam chipping if arises etc shall be attended without any additional cost. 14.Arrangement shall be made for modification of panels in case of necessity at site without any delay without any additional cost. It shall be inclusive of all materials and labour required
