Scope Of Work 1. The Contractor has to undertake the soldering to 10KG Tins and Tin lids at 4places (Equidistance) with lead free solder wire (Sn/Cu)99.3/0.7) 105Flux 14SWG 2. Soldering of tagger plate all around by placing the same on lid portion of the tins. 63/37 (Sn/Pb) 105 flux 14SWG grade solder wire is to be used for soldering. 3. The approximate dia of Tagger plate is 150mm 4. The required Consumables like solderwire, lead free solder wire, soldering gun,Soldering bits to be arranged by contractor. 5. During sampling, for every 1000 Tins, 12 nos of Tins are to be soldered with the tagger plate strips. 6. Power will be provided at free of cost. 7. The required Electrical gadgets to be arranged by contractor. 8. The contractor shall have the PF/ESI registration.The contractor is responsible for compliance of all statutory laws pertaining to soldering and he is responsible for any breach of statutory laws pertaining to soldering work. 9. The necessary personal safety to be provided to labours by the contractor. 10. Any untoward incidences occurring during working is the responsibility of contractor. 11. Soldering to be done as per the directions of Powder Plant Incharge. 12. Around 80,000 to 90,000 no.s of tins soldering has to be done & Rate to be quoted Per Tin. Terms and Conditions: 1. Payment will be released after completion of every 10000 numbers of Tins. 2. No advance payment will be made. 3. If any statutory deductions will be deducted from your bill. 4. Bill shall be submitted in triplicate in favor of Director,Mother Dairy for arranging payment. Period Of completion: As per schedule.
