Develop and implement a Stone Wall Training project on Ynys Cybi-The purpose of this Brief is to appoint a competent and qualified contractor to provide training opportunities for local participants who will then be able to participate in other stone walling opportunities. Spaces for the training will be limited and certificates of competence will be awarded to those who complete the training.
