The subject matter of this contracts are the computational requirements related to the supply and installation of a Cryo Transmission Electron Microscope as detailed in Schedule V attached to these Standard Specifications (from now on referred to as ‘Specifications’). The instruments and services listed in Schedule V are the single lots that the tender comprises. The subject matter of the contract, in all cases, does not include so-called refurbished scientific instruments and equipment.
