Operational Phase Capability Development (OPCD) Project-The Operational Phase Capability Development (OPCD) Project supports the provision of specialist asset management consultancy services to support HS2 Ltd to deliver the HS2 Programme. This contract was awarded using a direct award procedure under CCS RM6187: Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3). The contract is awarded for an initial two (2) year period with the option to extend for up to a further one (1) year. The contract provides for a maximum contract term of three (3) years.
